Road Traffic (Quota System — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Quota System — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2007.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Road Traffic (Quota System — Exemption) Order (O 5) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after the words “Singapore Bus Service Ltd.” in sub-paragraph (a), the words “(now known as SBS Transit Ltd.)”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately after the words “Trans Island Bus Services Ltd.” in sub-paragraph (a), the words “(now known as SMRT Bus Ltd.)”. [G.N. No. S 9/2001]
