Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Amendment) Rules 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111 of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Amendment) Rules 2006 and shall come into operation on 28th February 2006.

Deletion of rules 8 and 9

2. Rules 8 and 9 of the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) Rules (R 14) are deleted.
