(Amendment) Order 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Customs (Duties) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 24 June 2018.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2(1) of the Customs (Duties) (Exemption) Order (O 5) is amended —
(a)by deleting the semi-colon at the end of the definition of “replacement vehicle” and substituting a full‑stop; and
(b)by deleting the definition of “self‑balancing cycle”.
Amendment of Part I of Schedule
3.  Part I of the Schedule to the Customs (Duties) (Exemption) Order is amended by deleting items 35 and 36.
