Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act
(Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(a) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 26 August 2016.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Paragraph 1A of the First Schedule to the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of sub‑paragraph (z) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub‑paragraphs:

“(za)	Zulfikar bin Mohamad Shariff (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 28 September 1971);
(zb)	Muhammad Fadil bin Abdul Hamid (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 7 July 1989).”.
