Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act (Amendment of First and Second Schedules) Order 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act (Amendment of First and Second Schedules) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2007.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the Schedule heading, the following sub-heading:
Part I — Offences included as drug trafficking offences
with effect from 30th November 1993”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following sub-heading and item:
Part II — Offence included as drug trafficking offence
with effect from 1st November 2007

Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  The Second Schedule to the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the Note to Part IV, the following Part and items:
