Road Traffic Act
Chapter 276
Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment) Rules 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 132, 134 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment) Rules 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) Rules (R 28) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “section 120(1)” in the first column of item 26 and substituting the words “section 120(1)(b)”; and
(b)by deleting the words “section 120(1)(b)” in the first column of items 42 and 43 and substituting in each case the words “section 120(3)”.
