Dangerous Fireworks
(Exemption) (Amendment)
Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 16th September 2011.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 7) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 158/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 8, the following item:
“9.  Luso Star Singapore Pte. Ltd.”.
