Boundaries and Survey Maps (Prescribed Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(2)(a) of the Boundaries and Survey Maps Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Prescribed Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2007.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2(2) of the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Prescribed Fees) Rules (R 2) (referred to in these Rules as the principal Rules) is amended by deleting the words “items (1) to (13)” and substituting the words “the second column”.

Deletion of rule 3

3. Rule 3 of the principal Rules is deleted.

Amendment of Schedule

4. The Schedule to the principal Rules is amended —

(a)

by deleting items (1) to (6), (8), (10), (11)(a), (12) and (13);

(b)

by deleting the sub-heading “Survey of land” in the first column above item (1); and

(c)

by deleting item (7) and substituting the following item:

“

(7) For all survey work —

(a) for field work

$126 per hour or part thereof.

(b) for office work

$63 per hour or part thereof.

”.
