Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 10th October 2010.
Amendment of Third Schedule
2.  The Third Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6) (referred to in this Notification as the principal Notification) is amended by deleting paragraph (b) of the item relating to “East Coast Parkway” and substituting the following paragraph:
“(b)between lamp post No. V21 and lamp post No. V201, in the direction towards Ayer Rajah Expressway.”.
Amendment of Fourth Schedule
3.  The Fourth Schedule to the principal Notification is amended by deleting paragraph (d) of the item relating to “East Coast Parkway” and substituting the following paragraph:
“(d)between lamp post No. 36S9 and lamp post No. V21, in the direction towards Ayer Rajah Expressway.”.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
4.  The Fifth Schedule to the principal Notification is amended by deleting paragraph (b) of the item relating to “East Coast Parkway” and substituting the following paragraph:
“(b)between its western end of Airport Boulevard and lamp post No. 36S9, in the direction towards Ayer Rajah Expressway.”.
