(Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency)
(Amendment) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “prescribed law enforcement agency” in section 2(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Personal Data Protection (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) (Amendment) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 5 February 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Personal Data Protection (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 272/2020) is amended by deleting the words “section 21(4) of, and the Fourth Schedule to,” and substituting the words “sections 21(4) and 26D(6) of, and the Second Schedule to,”.
