| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Government Hospitals (Delegation of Powers) Notification. |

| 2. The officers specified in the first column of the Schedule are delegated with powers to reduce, waive or refund fees to the extent of the amounts specified in the second column in respect of fees prescribed under the Government Hospitals (Fees) Rules (R 1). |
