The Minister for Community Development has appointed —

(a)	the Director of Social Welfare to be the Commissioner for the Maintenance of Parents;
(b)	the Deputy Directors of the Family and Child Welfare Branch and the Senior Citizens and Social Services Branch to be the Deputy Commissioners for the Maintenance of Parents; and
(c)	the Assistant Directors of the Family and Child Welfare Branch and the Senior Citizens and Social Services Branch to be the Assistant Commissioners for the Maintenance of Parents. [G.N. No. S 242/96]
