Citation and cessation
1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Elections (Non-constituency Members of Parliament) Order.
(2)  This Order shall in accordance with section 52(1A) of the Act, cease to have effect at the next dissolution of Parliament.
Non-constituency members declared to be 4, less total Opposition Members elected
2.  For the purpose of the next general election, the number of non-constituency Members of Parliament to be declared elected shall be 4 less the total number of Opposition Members elected to Parliament in accordance with section 49(7) of the Act.
