Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments (Exemptions) (Art Exhibitions) (Consolidation) Order.

Art exhibition sponsored by specified organisation

2. Any art exhibition organised or sponsored by any organisation, association or society specified in the First Schedule, and held in any place or any premises or part thereof set out in the Second Schedule shall be exempted from the provisions of the Public Entertainments Act:

Provided that —

(a)	such exhibition is of still objects such as paintings, sculptures, flower arrangements, or of other forms of representation by still objects; and
(b)	the public or any class of the public has gratuitous access to the place or premises or part thereof where such exhibition is held.
