School Crossing Patrols (Traffic Signs) Rules

Citation
1.  These Rules may be cited as the School Crossing Patrols (Traffic Signs) Rules.
Stop sign
2.  The sign to be exhibited by a school crossing patrol for the purpose of stopping any vehicle or vehicles in accordance with section 4 of the School Crossing Patrols Act shall be of the size, colour and type shown in the diagram in the Schedule and shall have the word “STOP” in white luminous paint not less than 10 centimetres in diameter painted on the sign.
Uniform
3.  The uniform of a school crossing patrol shall consist of the following items:
(a)a black peaked cap or black beret with a white metal badge showing a torch in the centre and the words “SCHOOL CROSSING PATROL” surrounding it in the form of a circle; and
(b)a long plain white coat of cotton drill or long plain white waterproof coat.
