The Minister for Information and the Arts has appointed the following officers to be Controllers for the purposes of sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Act:

(1)	the Permanent Secretary, Director (Information Services) and Deputy Director (Information Services) of the Ministry of Information and the Arts.
(2)	the Director, Security and Intelligence Division, Ministry of Defence.
(3)	the Director, Internal Security Department, Ministry of Home Affairs.
(4)	the Head and Deputy Head of the Anti-Vice Branch of the Criminal Investigation Department, Ministry of Home Affairs. [G.N. No. S 438/96]
