PART I

PRELIMINARY

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Workmen’s Compensation Regulations.

Definition

2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, “transferring authority” means any authority which transfers or causes to be transferred any lump sum awarded under the law relating to workmen’s compensation and applicable for the benefit of any person residing or about to reside in or outside Singapore.
