Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Workmen’s Compensation (Fees) Regulations.

Fees

2. The following fees shall be leviable by the Commissioner for Labour under section 35(2)(e) of the Act:

(a)	for the supply of the notes of evidence as follows:

(i)	for a certified copy

(ii)	for every subsequent copy

(b)	for every copy of a medical report

(c)	for every copy of a notice of accident
