Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Work Injury Compensation (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
Compoundable offences
2.  All offences under the Act and its regulations, except —
(a)an offence under section 35(2)(f) of the Act; and
(b)an offence under section 35(2)(d) of the Act (abetment) in relation to an offence under section 35(2)(f) of the Act,
may be compounded by the Commissioner or an Assistant Commissioner so authorised by the Commissioner in accordance with section 39(1) of the Act.
