Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Control of Essential Supplies (Petroleum) Regulations, the Controller of Essential Supplies has determined that, with effect from 1st December 1989, there shall not be any maximum price for any type or grade of petroleum sold at filling stations until such time when the Controller determines otherwise.
