Citation
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Composition of Offences) Rules.
Offences which may be compounded
2.  The following offences may be compounded by the Commissioner of Public Health in accordance with section 109(1) of the Act:
(a)offences under sections 17(2), 18(1) and (2), 20(1), (2) and (10), 32(1), 33, 34(1), 37(3), 38(1), 39(2), 58(2) and 69 of the Act;
(b)an offence under regulation 16 of the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) Regulations [Rg 3]; and
(c)offences under regulations 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11(a), (b), (c) and (d), 12(3) and (4), 13(1), (3), (4) and (6), 14, 15, 16(1), (2)(b) and (c) and (3), 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22(a), (c), (d), (e) and (f), 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 of the Environmental Public Health (Food Hygiene) Regulations [Rg 16].
