Citation
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Composition of Offences) Rules.
Offences which may be compounded
2.  The following offences may be compounded by the Commissioner of Public Health in accordance with section 104(1) of the Act:
(a)offences under sections 16 (2), 17(1) and (2), 19(1), (2) and (3), 32(1), 33, 34(1), 37(5), 38(1), 39(2), 55(2) and 63 of the Act;
(b)offences under regulations 2 and 3(1) of the Environmental Public Health (Burning of Joss Sticks and Candles) Regulations (Rg 1);
(c)an offence under regulation 16 of the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) Regulations (Rg 3); and
(d)offences under regulations 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13 (a), (b), (c), (d) and (f), 14, 15, 16(3) and (4), 17(1), (3), (4) and (6), 18, 19, 20(1), (2)(b) and (c) and (3), 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26(a), (c), (d), (e) and (f), 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32 of the Environmental Public Health (Food Hygiene) Regulations (Rg 16).
