11 Committee to issue certificate one day before nomination
 
12 Committee to inform applicant if applicant does not belong to Malay community
 
13 Successful applicant to collect certificate from Returning Officer
 
14 Committee may request applicant to appear
 
15 Committee may request applicant to furnish information
 
16 Returning Officer may supply forms
 
17 Applications and correspondence with Committee
