Offence
32.  Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence.
Compounding of offences
33.  An employee of the Authority specially authorised by name in that behalf by the Chief Executive may, in his discretion, compound any offence under these Regulations by collecting from the person reasonably suspected of committing an offence a sum not exceeding $200.
Waiver and exemption
34.  The Minister or the Authority, subject to any directions by the Minister, may waive any or all of the terms and conditions in any licence and fee payable under these Regulations and exempt any person from any or all of the provisions of these Regulations.
Transitional provisions
35.  Any Radiocommunication Dealer’s Licence and Line Transmission Dealer’s Licence granted under the revoked Radiocommunication Regulations prior to 19th August 1994 shall, subject to the provisions of these Regulations, be deemed to have been granted or given under and subject to these Regulations and shall expire or be renewable on the date on which it would have expired or been renewable had these Regulations not been enacted.
