Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (Certification Marks) (No. 2) Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1)(j) of the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board Act, the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (Certification Marks) (No. 2) Notification 1998 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 3rd November 1998.

Certification marks

2. The CREST (Critical Enabling Skills Training) Mark set out in the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board.
