(Amount of Edusave Contribution for 2019)
(Amendment) Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(5) of the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes Act, the Minister for Education makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Amount of Edusave Contribution for 2019) (Amendment) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 2 January 2019.
Amendment of paragraph 4
2.  Paragraph 4(1) of the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Amount of Edusave Contribution for 2019) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 876/2018) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (ii) of sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:
“(ii)is receiving home-schooling in accordance with the terms and conditions in paragraph 3(2)(a) and (b)(i) and (ii) of the Compulsory Education (Exemption) Order (Cap. 51, O 1) and such other terms and conditions as the Minister thinks fit under that Order; and”.
