(Amendment) Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the Schedule to the Charities Act, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Charities (Exempt Charities) (Amendment) Order 2017.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Charities (Exempt Charities) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 91/2011) is amended by deleting items (1), (2) and (6).
