Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definitions of “tourist hotel”, “tourist food establishment” and “tourist public house” in section 2 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment) Notification 2004.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification (N 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting item (57) relating to Mount Emily Hotel, with effect from 29th December 2003;
(b)by deleting the words “Ubin Lagoon Resort” in item (102) and substituting the words “MCC Resort, Pulau Ubin”, with effect from 1st January 2004; and
(c)by inserting, immediately after item (105), the following item:
(106)  Hotel 81 – Bencoolen.”,
with effect from 20th January 2004.
