Medical Registration
(Amendment) Regulations 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Medical Registration Act, the Singapore Medical Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Registration (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2013.

Amendment of regulation 31

2. Regulation 31 of the Medical Registration Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 733/2010) is amended by deleting the words “, 68 or 69”.
