(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 January 2022.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Active Mobility (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 254/2018) is amended by inserting, immediately after “23C(1),” in paragraph (a), “23D(1), 23E(1),”.
