Public Service (Personnel Boards)
(Amendment) Order 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Mr Chan Chun Sing, who is charged with the responsibility for public sector personnel and personnel‑development policies, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2020 and is deemed to have come into operation on 27 July 2020.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards) Order (O 3) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 7; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 21A, the following item:

“21B.

Personnel Board,
Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment.

Public officers in any of the General Services holding posts in the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment.”.
