(Commencement) (No. 4) Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 4) Notification 2020.
2.  Section 16(a) and (j) of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2020 comes into operation on 2 January 2021.
