(Investigation of Accidents and Incidents)
(Amendment) Order 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Air Navigation Act, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Air Navigation (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) (Amendment) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 2 January 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 18
2.  Paragraph 18(1) of the Air Navigation (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) Order (O 7) is amended by deleting the words “High Court” and substituting the words “General Division of the High Court”.
