Customs
(Duties) (Exemption) (Amendment)
Order 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs (Duties) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part I of the Schedule to the Customs (Duties) (Exemption) Order (O 5) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “3” in paragraph (a) in column (4) of item 30 and substituting “6”;
(b)	by deleting “3” in paragraph (a) in column (4) of item 32 and substituting “6”; and
(c)	by deleting “3” in paragraph (b) in column (4) of item 33 and substituting “6”.
