(Commencement) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Employment Claims Act 2016, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Employment Claims Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2017.
2.  The Employment Claims Act 2016 comes into operation on 1 April 2017.
