(Certification of Singapore Public Documents)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Apostille Act 2020, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Apostille (Certification of Singapore Public Documents) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 January 2023.
Amendment of regulation 4
2.  In regulation 4(1) of the Apostille (Certification of Singapore Public Documents) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 574/2021), replace “$10 (excluding any goods and services tax)” with “$10.70”.
