| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Rules are the Supreme Court of Judicature (Singapore Convention on Mediation) (Amendment) Rules 2020 and come into operation on 2 January 2021. |
| Amendment of rule 4 |
| 2. In rule 4(1) of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Singapore Convention on Mediation) Rules 2020 (G.N. No. S 761/2020) (called in these Rules the principal Rules), replace “High Court” wherever it appears with “General Division of the High Court”. |
| Amendment of rule 5 |
| 3. In rule 5 of the principal Rules, replace “the High Court or the Court of Appeal” wherever it appears with “the General Division of the High Court, the Appellate Division of the High Court or the Court of Appeal”. |
| Amendment of rule 6 |
| 4. In rule 6(1) of the principal Rules, replace “High Court” wherever it appears with “General Division of the High Court”. |
| Amendment of rule 7 |
| 5. In rule 7(1) of the principal Rules, replace “High Court” with “General Division of the High Court”. |
