(Immigration Anchorages)
(Amendment) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Immigration (Immigration Anchorages) (Amendment) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 1 March 2018.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Immigration Anchorages Notification (N 2) is amended —
(a)by deleting item 12; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 15, the following items:
“16.Sudong Petroleum
Holding Anchorage
 
For vessels arriving in or about to leave Singapore, other than passenger ferries, passenger vessels, pleasure craft and yachts.
17.Sudong Explosive
Anchorage
 
For vessels arriving in or about to leave Singapore, other than passenger ferries, passenger vessels, pleasure craft and yachts.
18.Sudong Special
Purpose Anchorage
 
For vessels arriving in or about to leave Singapore, other than passenger ferries, passenger vessels, pleasure craft and yachts.”.
