In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Exemption from Section 12) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 28 February 2022.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. Paragraph 4(2) of the Road Traffic (Exemption from Section 12) Order (O 6) is amended by deleting the words “28 February 2022” and substituting the words “30 April 2022”.
