(Amendment of Second Schedule)
(No. 3) Order 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 3) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 23 December 2020.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the words “Regulation 9(1)” in the first column of item 407, the words “(as in force before 2 December 2020)”; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after the Note to Part XXI, the following Part:
Part XXII — Offences included as serious offences with effect from 23 December 2020
