(Amendment) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 193DE and 252CE of the Copyright Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Copyright (Flagrantly Infringing Online Location) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 2 January 2021.
Amendment of regulation 5
2.  Regulation 5 of the Copyright (Flagrantly Infringing Online Location) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 802/2014) is amended by deleting the words “High Court” wherever they appear in paragraphs (1) and (3) and substituting in each case the words “General Division of the High Court”.
