(Amendment) Rules 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 104 of the Patents Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Patents (Patent Agents) (Amendment) Rules 2020 and come into operation on 2 January 2021.
Amendment of rule 2
2.  Rule 2(1) of the Patents (Patent Agents) Rules 2001 (G.N. No. S 645/2001) is amended by deleting the definition of “Court”.
