Pensions (Non‑Pensionable Offices)
(Amendment) Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “pensionable office” in section 2 of the Pensions Act, the President makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Pensions (Non‑Pensionable Offices) (Amendment) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 2 January 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Pensions (Non‑Pensionable Offices) Notification 2014 (G.N. No. S 847/2014) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:
“(a)Supreme Court Judge;”.
