Presidential Elections (Forms and Fees)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 81 of the Presidential Elections Act, the Prime Minister makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Presidential Elections (Forms and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 2 January 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Form P14 of the Schedule to the Presidential Elections (Forms and Fees) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “Judge of the High Court” wherever they appear and substituting in each case the words “Judge sitting in the General Division of the High Court”.
