Allied Health Professions
(Registration and Practising Certificates)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Allied Health Professions Act 2011, the Allied Health Professions Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 March 2022.
Amendment of Part IV of First Schedule
2.  Division 2 of Part IV of the First Schedule to the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 219/2013) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 7 relating to the country “Australia”, the following item:
 
“7A.
Queensland University
of Technology
Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Radiation Technology)”.
