(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Allied Health Professions Act, the Allied Health Professions Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Allied Health Professions (Professional Conduct and Discipline) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 2 January 2021.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. The Allied Health Professions (Professional Conduct and Discipline) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 220/2013) are amended by deleting the words “High Court” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “General Division of the High Court”:

Regulation 41(2).
