Prisons (Amendment) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Prisons Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Prisons (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 2 January 2021.
Amendment of regulation 5
2.  Regulation 5(2) of the Prisons Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting the words “Chapter XXV of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68) and to section 45 of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Cap. 322)” and substituting the words “Part XVI of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68)”.
