(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28A(2) of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Air Navigation (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2020 and come into operation on 1 June 2020.
Amendment of rule 3
2.  Rule 3 of the Air Navigation (Composition of Offences) Rules 2017 (G.N. No. S 667/2017) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after “32(3),” in paragraph (a)(xv), “33(4), 34(2),”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after “39(3),” in paragraph (a)(xv), “40(2),”; and
(c)by deleting the words “or 25(2)” in paragraph (a)(xvi) and substituting the words “, 25(2) or 35(3)”.
