Active Mobility
(Shared Paths) (Amendment)
Order 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 28 February 2022.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.—(1)  In Part 1 of the First Schedule to the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 260/2018), after item 31, insert —
32.A path (approximately 0.12 kilometre in length) starting at the car park access abutting Block 113 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4, running along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4 and ending at Mayflower MRT Station Entrance 1 along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4.
33.A path (approximately 0.37 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 and Ang Mo Kio Street 43, running along Ang Mo Kio Street 43 and ending at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10 and Ang Mo Kio Street 43.”.
(2)  In Part 3 of the First Schedule to the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018, after item 6, insert —
7.A path (approximately 0.13 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Bishan Street 22 and Bishan Street 25, running along Bishan Street 25 and ending at the end‑point of Bishan Street 25 near lamp post 4.”.
(3)  In Part 6 of the First Schedule to the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018, after item 21, insert —
22.A path (approximately 0.13 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Chulia Street and Phillip Street, running south along Phillip Street and ending at the junction of Church Street and Phillip Street.
23.A path (approximately 0.2 kilometre in length) starting at Malacca Street near Raffles Place MRT Station Exit D, running east along Malacca Street and north along Market Street and ending at the junction of Chulia Street and Market Street.
24.A path (approximately 0.1 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Church Street and Phillip Street, running south along Church Street and ending at a point before Republic Plaza building, between CapitaSpring building and Republic Plaza building along Church Street.
25.A path (approximately 0.02 kilometre in length) at the junction of Chulia Street and Market Street, running east along Chulia Street and ending at a point before the service road between CapitaSpring building and Royal One Phillip building along Chulia Street.”.
(4)  In Part 20 of the First Schedule to the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018, after item 43, insert —
44.A path (approximately 0.42 kilometre in length) starting at Block 856 Tampines Street 82, running east along Tampines Street 82 and north along Tampines Walk and ending at the junction of Tampines Avenue 5 and Tampines Walk.”.
Amendment of Third Schedule
3.  In the Third Schedule to the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018, after item 114, insert —
115.Singapore River stretch of the Round Island Route (approximately 0.3 kilometre in length) starting at Jiak Kim Bridge, running along the northern bank of the Singapore River and ending at Robertson Bridge.
116.Singapore River stretch of the Round Island Route (approximately 0.2 kilometre in length) starting at Alkaff Bridge, running along the southern bank of the Singapore River and ending at Clemenceau Bridge.
117.Singapore River stretch of the Round Island Route (approximately 0.8 kilometre in length) starting at Clemenceau Bridge, running along the southern bank of the Singapore River and ending at Coleman Bridge.
118.Singapore River stretch of the Round Island Route (approximately 0.15 kilometre in length) starting at Coleman Bridge, running along the northern bank of the Singapore River (North Boat Quay) and ending at Elgin Bridge.
119.Pasir Panjang Park (approximately 0.5 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of Harbour Drive abutting Pasir Panjang MRT station, running along Harbour Drive and ending at Jalan Pelepah.”.
