Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Approved Institutions) (Amendment)
Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 15 January 2016.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 2/2016) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 114, the following item:

“115. Pearl’s Hill Care Home”.
